Line Length - Set line lengths in your text editor at 80 lettering or less to make them less likely to wrap up hastily. If you're using Word for Windows, use 10-point dispatch rider and set the page width at 4-3/4". The file most saved in the form of “Text with Line Breaks" to put a hard return at the end of each line.

Vertical Alignment - Achieve alignment vertically by using an equal number of spaces from the left-hand margin. Be sure to convert all the text in your resume to 10-point dispatch rider or another suitable fixed-width font. Fonts like Helvetica or Arial have different widths for different characters and should be avoided. Using places with the correct line length will make the text align properly.

-Use a specialized, easy to understand writing font, white or ivory bond paper, and black ink. If using e-mail, stick to a simple font like Courier and send in text or ASCII format.
-Prepare a reverse sequential resume if possible. In this format, you begin with your most recent job followed by additional work experience in reverse chronological order, then your education.

The Art of Resume Writing

Positive Prospect

-Keep in mind that the intention of the cover letter and resume is to get you to the next step - the interview. In your letter, express your interest and explain clearly why your skills and experience are a good fit for the position.
-Since many companies screen resumes by computer, use the key words found in the job explanation or classified ad if they are an accurate reflection of your background.
-Keep sentences and paragraphs short. Take benefit of your computer's spell check function, then proofread carefully. Ask others to proofread for you as well.

Negative Prospect
-Don't use "I", the first person pronoun, in any part of the resume. It's understood.
-Avoid lofty language and long sentences. Keep professional terminology and abbreviations to a minimum.
-Don't include an objective on your resume unless it is written specifically for the job opening.

The Behavioral Interview

Behavioral interview is a technique by which the interviewer will put in front you a job scenario and ask you how would you have handled that in exact steps; alternatively he/she would ask you to give them an example of a time when you had to do say, aggressive marketing, and how did you involve in that case.

Anyhow the chief success is to be equipped to a great extent to such type of questions ' with specific focus to points which touch on duties of your past job(s) and the job you are applying for. For this purpose you need to highlight the skills first, which are most needed in the job you are applying for; then see the match of those skills in the job(s) you have done in the past. Before the interview, plan on that line, a few success stories which you can put across to highlight those skills.

The theme to remember here is that the interviewer is really looking for details in how you managed a tough situation to the advantage of the company. Give the details without any diffidence. These details could be the ticket for you for the company’s job.

A behavioral interview may still catch you unaware and unrehearsed. Think that such a situation has arisen and think how best you would handle it to the benefit of the company. Be honest and say that such a situation had not arisen yet in your line of duty.
It’s a better option to prepare your self before the interview.

An Interview and your Body Language

Body language is the more important part of a person during his job interview.

Following these easy tips.

Be organized. To show positive body language at
an interview is to be “natural, contented and confident.
It seems unreasonable, but the best way to look natural is
to practice. Read a book or two about interviewing and
then run through the entire interview process with a friend.

Start strong. The meeting starts the moment you step into
the room. Walk in tall, with a smile on your face. Make sure
your hand is free, and offer it to the interviewer. Make the
handshake strong and firm, pumping hands once or twice,
and then release. A weak handshake and bone-crushers can
both leave a negative impression. Don’t be afraid to
practice shaking hands before your interview.

Be an active listener. Forget about your feet, forget about the windows.
Dedicate yourself to the interviewer. Don’t stare the interviewer down,
but do maintain eye contact. Examples of proper body language include
leaning forward, nodding and smiling when appropriate. Not only will you
look interested, but it’ll probably be easier to pay attention, and to notice
the interviewer’s nonverbal cues to you.

Expressing yourself with your hands is -- gestures show energy and passion.
However, a low-key interviewer might be overwhelmed by too much
hand waving, so tone it down if need be.

Be calm. Jiggling legs. Jangling key. Twirling hair. Glancing at your watch.
All of these are examples of bad body language. Bottom line: fidgeting makes
you look nervous and distracted so don’t do it. Don’t even tempt yourself by
having anything unnecessary in your hands (or your mouth or wrist!) Keep your
feet flat on the floor. This not only cuts down on restless legs, but helps you sit straighter.

Read the interviewer. You want the interviewer to be doing the same
things you are – maintaining eye contact, nodding, smiling, leaning forward
or sitting relaxed. If the interviewer is leaning sideways, fiddling with things,
or not responding with facial cues, there’s a good chance you’re losing him.
To turn the interview back around.

Finish strong. The queries were brutal. The interviewer scowled the entire time.
The job wasn’t what you thought it would be. No matter. Finish the interview
the way you started it – with energy and confidence. Shake hands while you
thank the interviewer for the opportunity, and walk away with your shoulders
back and head high. You never know what’s going to happen – maybe
the interviewer is always in a bad mood, maybe some other job will open up.
You’ll never regret leaving a good impression.

These are the way of success in a interview.

The means of Communication and the Listening Skills

To listen something carefully is difficult task. The listen skills are very vital for the part of effective communication. Unless you carefully follow what you hear, you will not be able to respond to it effectively. On can enhance his language skill with a sufficient practice.
We can consider listening as the more important, when you are in a conversation or listening to a presentation. Listening is much more than just hearing. What you have heard should register in your mind. Concentrate hard and don't let your mind wander when you are listening.

When you are having a conversation don't interrupt and talk only when the other person has stopped. It is not only bad manners to interrupt, but also unfavorably affects your perceptive of the subject.

It is not possible to concentrate on more than one thing at the same time. Try to concentrate on this.

-You should try to understand at least the main points of what is being said.

If they see unrelated job titles or skills the probability is very high that they will make an immediate supposition that you are not qualified for the job you want. Adding to this problem is the fact that employers don't have the time to read through each of your job descriptions to determine if you have the skills they need.

The blueprint of your resume must be emphasizing the most important information about your work experience, skills and education. At first glimpse this information forms the image that employers have of your skills and abilities.

Create Content That Sells

Analyze and Identify Key Words

Analyze the key words, which employers offer in help wanted ads and job descriptions are a key element in creating influential resumes. For example, read the ad for an Accounts Receivable Manager below and see how many key words, phrases, or skill descriptions that it includes.

Hidden Needs

In adding up to the skills or needs planned in the ad shown above, the employer will have many more needs that jobseeker should identify and address in his resume and cover letter. To beat today's heavy contest for jobs, it's important that you identify and predict the full range of needs each employer faces and show how you can solve those needs.
Your Skills
Resume gives a list of duties that each applicant has been responsible for--without explaining the benefit of those skills to employers. The real benefit is that the employee can produce more work and ultimately save the employer money. A better statement for this person's resume would be:

The Salary

As written in your resume, keep in mind the level of job and salary you need. Be positive to form an image that presents you at the appropriate level.

Your Resume

Most of the times job seekers make are to list very important data in the lower sections of their job descriptions. A perfect Decision made with Intelligence

Intelligence plays a vital role in making a perfect decision. It’s up on you, if you have the confidence of always making good decisions you must develop your conscience without delay.

This can be easily achieved through dream interpretation. You don’t have to go anywhere in search of relief or pay anything to the wise unconscious mind that sends you informative and protective dreams.

How do you know what to decide in life? Which way is the best? Where are the hidden dangers? How can you escape from them and succeed?

You are too ignorant and life is very difficult. You need to develop your human conscience completely and become more intelligent, developing all your capacities.

You may have many talents that are totally immersed in the wild side of your conscience, without use. You could be feeling wonderful now, if only you could use your hidden talents!

Everything is wasted if it belongs to the primitive side of your mind, that didn't pass through consciousness.

You probably have heard that the human being uses only a small fraction of his brain. This is true unfortunately, and this is why he only suffers in life, making many silly mistakes and later facing their consequences.

If you want to have the confidence of always making good decisions you must develop your conscience without delay. This can be easily achieved through dream interpretation. You don’t have to go anywhere in search of relief or pay anything to the wise unconscious mind that sends you informative and protective dreams. You only have to pay attention to your dreams and take notes, comparing one to another.

This occupation will be your best hobby. It will be like solving puzzles. When you have a complete image of what is happening to you, you will understand why you are depressed and what you have to do in order to find peace and happiness.

Translating the meaning of your dreams with the unique method that exactly translates their messages, you will develop completely the human side of your conscience, eliminating the wild side. This way, all your talents will appear on the surface, and will be active parts of your personality.

You will be intelligent and self-confident, able to analyze reality and predict the future: a person that can only succeed, even when things are not the way you would like them to be.

You will transform what is bad and problematic into something useful and good, people that don’t like you into your best friends, and even the entire world into a place where everyone will have the chance to be happy like you, thanks to your superior vision of life and your wise attitude.

7 Effective Ways to Set Your Goals in Motion Today

1. Stop seeking approval from people.

You don’t need anyone’s permission to fulfill your dream. Trust yourself and give yourself permission to succeed. Having support from people whose opinion you value is a wonderful thing but it should not be the criterion for whether you begin acting on fulfilling your goals or not
If you really desire to turn your idea into reality, constantly floating it around and seeking the approval of people will waste your time and kill your dream. What will happen to your idea if you don’t get the approval of those whose permission you so desperately need? Nothing!

2. Don’t wait for perfection.

Waiting for a time when everything is perfect and in place will cause you to lose your enthusiasm and abandon your goal. Conditions may never be as perfect as you desire. You may never have all the money, time, or knowledge you desire to begin working on your goals.
You must take risks, learn and improve as you go along and then watch as everything begins to fall in place. If you have to wait for the perfect time to begin working on your goals…you will be waiting a long time!

3. Create time for the goal.

Many people have dreams, ideas or goals, which remain unfulfilled because they are too busy doing everything else but work on the goal! If you have a goal to accomplish, you must be ready to invest your time, and resources to ensure that it succeeds.
Making excuses about lacking the time to work on goals that are important to you is a procrastination tactic, which will kill your dream before it has a chance to see the light of day. There is always time to work on what we love and consider important. Create that time and see your dreams begin to unfold!

4. Decide once and for all!

The process of goal accomplishment, like most things in life begins with a decision. You decide what you want to achieve and then you plan how you intend to achieve it.
If accomplishing your goal is important to you, your inability to make crucial decisions about what you should do, how you should do it and when you should do it, will waste your time and choke your dream. Make up your mind and stop second-guessing yourself. When your mind is made up…nothing can stop you from making progress with fulfilling your goals.

5. Be bold and take the initiative.
Be bold! You are the one in charge of turning your dreams to reality. You need to be proactive and actively involved in the process of working on your goals to ensure you achieve them.
Just because you have shared your ideas with others does not necessarily mean that you are no longer responsible for turning them to reality. Don’t sit around waiting for others to make suggestions and guide your idea to reality. Don’t leave your dream entirely in the hands of others. Nobody cares about your dream like you do.

6. Invest in your dream.

No idea is self-funding. Don’t be deceived into thinking that people will invest or finance your idea just because it is brilliant. If you are lucky, someone may invest in it, but if you are not, you will have to invest your time, energy and finances towards activities that will fortify and fulfill your dream.
You may have to invest in the acquisition of knowledge or expertise that will help you achieve your goals. It would be a good idea to keep some money stashed away to finance your goal.

7. Do one thing at a time.

Commit yourself only to projects and activities which are connected to your main goal. Whatever you do should directly or indirectly add up to a move toward your main goal. Failure to do this will confuse, overwhelm, sidetrack, and drain your energy.
To get started on achieving your goals, you need to plan for it and make it a priority. If you keep crowding and cluttering your life with what does not matter, you many never, ever accomplish your goals.
Remember that you can’t do all things, but you can do one thing!
